The Halberdiers is back after the summer break, and weekly rehearsals resumed on August 11.
The autumn season features several exiting events, including a trip to Bjuv, Sweden, on August 29, where the band will participate in the town's annual music festival. The band will perform both independently and alongside Bjuv's Musikkår, Skrombergs Blåsorkester, Billes Musikkår, and Kulturskolen.
On September 4, where Hillerød Kulturnat is taking place, The Halberdiers house with rehearsal rooms "Drabantgården" is open from 18-21. Here you can see the facilities and hear a lot more about the Halberdiers, the history, the Brass Band and Buugles, and the arrangements we are participating in. The same day you may see and hear the Brass Band at 17.00 to 17.30 performing a concert in Slotsgade near the entrance to Slotsarkaderne.
