Over the years, the guard has participated in more than 1,500 large and small engagements, played for the danish royalty, appeared on TV and Radio, acted as extras in a TV series and in a cinema film, held countless concerts, participated in several large international tattoos and traveled in abroad to e.g. Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden and Scotland.
The guard's members consists of women and men over the age of 12. Many of today's halberdiers have been members for more than 30 years, which says something about togetherness and camaraderie in a musical community.
